Hi Ran,

That tooltip is the tell. “You don’t currently have access to this content” showing on every step, including the first one, means this is an access issue at the course level rather than a progression setting. If it were Linear progression, at least the first lesson would be open.

Two things worth checking:

1. Course Access Mode: edit the course, go to the Settings tab, and look at Access Mode. If it’s set to anything other than Open (Free, Buy Now, etc.), users need to enroll or purchase before content unlocks. Switching to Open removes that requirement.
2. Enrollment status of whoever is viewing: if you’re testing as a student account, double-check that account is actually enrolled. Easy to miss if the enrollment step got skipped during setup.
