If you've enabled the Question Overview Table in your LearnDash quiz settings, you'll have a numbered overview table at the top of your quiz (as shown above). Beneath the numbers for each question, there's a legend with color-coded circle indicators for Current, Answered, Correct, and Incorrect.
If you want to hide any of these labels for whatever reason, you can do so with CSS. We'll cover each label separately below.
All CSS code should either be placed in a child theme’s main CSS file (typically style.css), or the Additional CSS area of the WordPress Customizer.
